This brand is becoming so popular for its quality and extensive range of products that it’s hard to know where to start.

We were keen to get as many products as we could from The Chilli Pepper Company, run by the lovely Gerald and his wife whom we met at the West Dean Chilli Fiesta this year, but unfortunately due to its popularity most products were sold out by the time we were able to get some stock from them.

Gerald told us that now most festivals were over for this year he could concentrate on making more of his delicious chilli produce and look at creating new ones like his Mexican Chilli Chocolate Almonds.

For now here are some of the products from The Chilli Pepper Company that we did manage to get our hands on:

Starting with a bang is 10 minute burn. This sauce is notorious in the chilli world due to its absolute madness and the fact that it got removed from sale from three chilli shows since its creation! Of a gorgeous fire red colour, only half a teaspoon is enough to floor experienced chilli lovers so for most of you we would recommend that you line your stomach with milk first before trying a tiny little bit of it! What is great about this hot sauce though is that you will get a good 5-6 seconds of intense fruity flavour taking over your whole mouth before getting hit by the pepper extract. It is a high worth experiencing but you have been warned!

The Chilli Pepper Company Naga Viper Hot Sauce is one of our favourite naga based hot sauce. From the perfect pouring consistency to the sweet tomato flavour and building heat from the naga as well as the aftertaste of chipotle and a hint of orange, this is one hell of a hot sauce. Incredibly well crafted this is definitely one to get for you, friends or family. The heat is of course immense, we would say probably as much as Hot Headz’ Satan’s Sweat but that doesn’t mean you can’t use just a little bit in a stew or soup and once you’re used to it, pour it all over a nice crusty piece of bread!

The Chilli Pepper Company was spot on when they decided to call one of their hot sauces "The Beast"! Made with 13 fresh naga morish per bottle, this tantalising colourful hot sauce undeniably has a real bite! The fruity flavour of the mango is definitely noticeable though and will delight your senses before the naga chilli pepper takes over. The burn doesn’t last too long so throw all caution to the wind and have another spoonful!

And finally, the jewel in The Chilli Pepper Company’s crown, we present you: Flaming Chocolate Fireballs. When it comes to chilli chocolate it doesn’t get any better than this. Each fireball is made up of quality milk chocolate, with a luxurious Bhut Jolokia infused creamy praline centre. Every bite is a delight although the heat definitely lets itself be known! These fireballs have become somewhat of a trademark for the Chilli Peppers Company’s confectionary so grab some while they last!

We cannot wait to bring you more fiery chilli treats from The Chilli Pepper Company so make sure to come and see what’s new at the Devil’s Garden soon!
